  24. Amiga LW scenes are automatically read OK on an IBM you will only have 
  25. problems if you put your objects/images in the wrong places on the IBM.  
  26. The big thing about sending Amiga files to IBMs is that the 
  27. Objects/images loaded MUST be loaded from the Content directory (ion 
  28. pre-4.0 systems, that's the directory LW prefered you place 
  29. objects/images).  This means you type Objects/Aviation/DC-10 as th path 
  30. name, NOT DH1:Toaster/Objects/Aviation/DC-10.  That's the only thing you 
  31. really have to worry about.

  33. Converting TO the Amiga is a different story.  First, when using 
  34. CrossDOS, make SURE you have Text Translation and Text Filtering on when 
  35. you transfer the SCENES.  turn those OFF for the objects/images, or else 
  36. they get butchered.

  38. Now, On 4.0 Amiga systems, everything'll load fine -- it'll even switch 
  39. the \ to / (the IBM version will cahnge Amiga / into \ for paths, too).  
  40. On LW 3.5, you have to use a text editor or word processor to search and 
  41. replace all occurances or \ with /.  That's it.
